These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Good Hours.
By using Good Hours, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Good Hours is a private memory app that helps you save real-life moments worth remembering.
The app may let you record moments, add people tags, answer memory prompts, view weekly recaps, export data, and receive quiet reminders.
Good Hours is designed for personal use.
Good Hours may currently be offered as an early access or beta product.
This means:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Good Hours is not a medical device, therapy service, mental health service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional advice.
The app is intended for personal memory keeping and reflection only.
If you need medical, psychological, or emergency support, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
You are responsible for the content you enter into Good Hours, including saved moments, reflections, comments, people names, and other notes.
You should not enter content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or violates another person’s rights.
You should avoid entering information that you would not want stored on your device.
For the current version, Good Hours is local-first.
This means your core app data is stored on your device unless a future sync, backup, or account feature is clearly introduced.
You are responsible for your device, backups, and exported files.
If you delete the app, reset your device, lose your device, or clear app data, your Good Hours data may be lost. We may not be able to recover it.
Good Hours may let you export data or share recap cards.
You are responsible for any exported files or shared content after they leave the app.
Before sharing a recap card or exported file, check whether it contains personal information about you or other people.
Good Hours may offer optional reminders.
You can allow or disable notifications through the app or your device settings.
We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time, because delivery may depend on your device, operating system, settings, and network conditions.
Good Hours may request device permissions, such as permission to save recap cards to your photo library.
You can grant or deny permissions through your device settings.
Some features may not work if the relevant permission is not granted.
Good Hours may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.
Unless paid features are clearly available through Apple’s in-app purchase system or another permitted method, Good Hours+ should be treated as an early access or preview concept.
If paid features are introduced, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and other payment terms will be shown before purchase.
Good Hours, including its name, design, interface, branding, text, visual elements, and software, belongs to Good Hours or its owner/licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except as permitted by law.
You agree not to:
We aim to provide a useful and stable app, but we do not guarantee that Good Hours will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
Good Hours is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Hours and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Your use of Good Hours is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

You may stop using Good Hours at any time.
We may suspend or discontinue access to the app if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we discontinue the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms as Good Hours evolves.
If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or on the website.
